The system for printing communal expenses of the apartment building applied by Clemic Services A.E. is simple, detailed, unchanging and easy to verify the final amounts.
Shares can now be issued in two ways:
A. CONTRACTUAL USERS
1. Issuance-Printing of your shared usages, at our company (two consolidated statements, one notice for each apartment and two payment receipts, one for the tenant and one for the owner).
2. Dispatch of the common users, within two working days, to your apartment building with a distributor of our company.
3. Submission of your expenses to our company. We provide you with the possibility to submit your shared expenses, quickly and simply in any way that is most convenient for you:

B. ONLINE USERS
An application exclusively available to our company since 2006! It ensures immediacy and speed for the administrator in printing the shared users. For more details, visit the relevant category (online shares) which you will find in the main menu.
